Disclaimer

Effective date: 31 December 2025

Razalith provides market data, anomaly scores, and AI-generated explanations for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or any other form of professional advice. This Disclaimer forms part of and supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; in case of any conflict between these documents, the Terms of Service prevail. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer.

1. Razalith Has No Token

Razalith has never issued any cryptocurrency token, coin, or digital asset — and has no plans to do so. Any token using the Razalith name, logo, or branding is fraudulent and has no affiliation with us.

Do not buy, trade, or interact with any such token. Razalith is not responsible for any losses caused by these scams.

We do not operate a blockchain, a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol, a token sale, an initial coin offering (ICO), an initial exchange offering (IEO), a liquidity pool, a staking program, a yield-farming mechanism, an airdrop, or any similar scheme. We do not accept deposits, custody digital assets, facilitate swaps or transactions, or provide wallet services of any kind.

Any website, social media account, smart contract, or token claiming to be affiliated with Razalith — other than the official domain razalith.com and the accounts listed in our Terms of Service — is fraudulent.

If you spot a token or account impersonating Razalith, please report it immediately: legal@razalith.com

2. Regulatory Status

Razalith is not a bank, a securities dealer, a fund manager, an asset manager, a portfolio manager, a financial intermediary, a payment service provider, a virtual asset service provider (VASP), or any other type of regulated financial institution under Swiss law or the law of any other jurisdiction.

The Service is not licensed, supervised, or regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), nor by any other financial, securities, or commodities regulatory authority anywhere in the world. We do not provide services that fall within the scope of the Swiss Banking Act (BankA), the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), the Financial Services Act (FinSA), the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), or their implementing ordinances. We are not a member of any self-regulatory organization (SRO).

Nothing on this platform constitutes a prospectus, a key information document (KID), or any other offering document within the meaning of any applicable securities law.

3. Risk Warning

Digital asset markets are extremely volatile and carry a high risk of total capital loss. You may lose all of your invested capital. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose.

Risks associated with digital asset markets include, but are not limited to:

  • Price volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate dramatically within minutes or seconds, with no guarantee of recovery
  • Liquidity risk: Certain digital assets may become illiquid, making it impossible to sell at a desired price or at all
  • Regulatory risk: Laws and regulations governing digital assets are evolving rapidly and vary by jurisdiction; changes may adversely affect the value, legality, or usability of digital assets
  • Technology risk: Smart contract vulnerabilities, protocol failures, exchange hacks, wallet compromises, and network outages may result in irreversible loss of assets
  • Counterparty risk: Exchanges, custodians, or other intermediaries may become insolvent, be hacked, or otherwise fail to honor their obligations
  • Market manipulation: Cryptocurrency markets may be subject to manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, and other deceptive practices that can artificially affect prices
  • Fraud risk: The cryptocurrency ecosystem is frequently targeted by scams, rug pulls, Ponzi schemes, and phishing attacks

The foregoing list of risks is illustrative, not exhaustive. You should carefully consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before interacting with digital asset markets.

4. No Investment, Financial, or Trading Advice

No content on this platform — including anomaly scores, alerts, charts, market data, track record statistics, educational articles, or AI-generated explanations — constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, offer, or invitation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any cryptocurrency, digital asset, financial instrument, or security.

We do not provide personalized investment, trading, or financial advice. We do not know your financial circumstances, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. Always conduct your own independent research and due diligence, and consult a duly qualified and licensed financial, investment, legal, or tax professional before making any financial decision.

5. Past Performance and Hypothetical Results

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any track record, historical data, back-tested results, or statistics presented on the Service are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee or predict future price movements, returns, or outcomes.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading records, they do not represent real trades and may not account for factors such as market liquidity, slippage, trading fees, transaction costs, emotional decision-making, or the actual impact of market events. Actual results may differ materially from any hypothetical performance presented.

Anomaly scores are statistical outputs derived from historical market data and proprietary algorithms. They are not predictions, forecasts, signals, or guarantees. A high or low anomaly score does not indicate that a price will rise, fall, or remain stable.

6. Accuracy of Information and Third-Party Data

All data, anomaly scores, charts, statistics, and AI-generated explanations are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose, to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.

Market data is sourced from third-party data providers (currently CoinGecko) and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not independently verify the data received from third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or inaccuracies in such data, or for any actions taken in reliance on it.

Prices displayed on the Service may differ from prices available on actual trading venues. The Service does not display real-time order book data and should not be used as a basis for executing trades.

7. AI-Generated Content Limitations

AI-generated explanations and analyses on the Service are produced by third-party large language models (currently OpenAI). These outputs:

  • May contain factual errors, hallucinations, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • Have not been reviewed, verified, or endorsed by any financial professional or the operator
  • Must not be relied upon as factual statements, actionable guidance, or professional advice of any kind
  • May reflect biases inherent in the training data of the underlying language model
  • Are generated from anonymized market data only — the AI has no knowledge of your personal circumstances

AI-generated content is provided as a convenience feature only. You must independently verify any information before acting on it.

8. Jurisdiction, Sanctions, and Compliance

The Service is operated from Switzerland and is not directed at or intended for use by persons in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of Razalith complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction, including those related to cryptocurrency, financial services, securities, data protection, export controls, and sanctions.

The Service is not available to, and must not be used by, persons located in, or nationals or residents of, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions by Switzerland, the European Union, the United Nations, or the United States (OFAC). If you access the Service from outside Switzerland, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

9. Tax, Legal, and Accounting Disclaimer

We do not provide tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory advice. The tax treatment of cryptocurrency transactions varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling all your tax, legal, accounting, and regulatory reporting obligations in connection with your cryptocurrency activities. Consult a qualified and licensed professional in your jurisdiction for guidance specific to your situation.

10. No Endorsement

The inclusion of any cryptocurrency, digital asset, token, or project on the Service does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by Razalith. The presence or absence of any particular asset on the platform does not indicate its quality, legitimacy, or investment potential.

11. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot validly be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law. In particular, nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for wilful intent (Absicht) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit) under Art. 100(1) of the Swiss Code of Obligations, or any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you under the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG, Art. 8).

Where mandatory law provides you with protections that cannot be waived by agreement, those protections prevail over any conflicting provision in this Disclaimer.
